HPC is an extruded profile. A mixture – 50% consisting of FSC-certified wood dust and 50% consisting of pure, PVC-free polyethylene (PE) – is used for this. The entry-level price for HPC is usually a hollow profile, with flat or grooved decking boards that can be used on both sides. Different embossings can be applied to the surface. HPC can be produced in different colours. HPC changes its colour slightly because the wood particles on the surface change their colour due to the UV influence.
